Imagine falling asleep alongside a soothing Coral Reef, or waking up to a Bull Shark swimming right overhead! Our sleepovers are a splash with activities, also included are dinner, breakfast, snacks, movies and maybe just a little sleep. Public sleepovers are scheduled twice a year, but groups are invited to contact us for scheduling and rates.
Children aged 10 and over may attend un-chaperoned. To register for the sleepover, we will need a registration form filled out and returned. You can find the registration forms on our website www.okaquarium.org. Please note that we will need one form for each person attending. Un-chaperoned children will need to complete the Un-chaperoned registration form. The rate for Sleep with the Sharks is $30* per person. Check-in will begin at 6:00 pm on Friday, but formal activities will not start until 6:30 pm. Dinner,
snack, and breakfast are all included in the cost.
The only things you’ll need to bring are -
Sleeping Bag and pillow (or blanket, pillow) – we will be sleeping on the floor.
Flashlight for a flashlight tour of the aquarium after the lights go out.
Toothbrush, toothpaste, and any other applicable toiletries.
Change of clothes and night clothes, if desired
Please do not bring any valuable items. The Oklahoma Aquarium, it’s Staff, and the Jenks Aquarium Authority, its officers, agents, and employees are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
All activities will be finished by 8:00 am on Saturday morning and people attending the event will need to arrange to leave by no later than 8:15 am, so that the Aquarium can prepare for business that day.
