HallowMarine Sponsor/Vendor Contract

Once a year, the Oklahoma Aquarium opens its doors to trick-or-treaters of all ages to enjoy a safe, fun, indoor alternative to traditional Halloween activities. HallowMarine 2013 will feature our popular mermaid and pirate divers, a giant pirate ship bounce house, a Pee-Wee Pirate Zone just for the little ones, plenty of games, activities and candy on the Trick-or-Treat Trail.

It’s the only place around where visitors can shake hands with a friendly pirate or two and leave with the biggest bag of loot on dry land. Best of all, the Oklahoma Aquarium exhibits remain open during the festivities, so it’s two splashes of fun in one! Your organization is invited to become part of the excitement by joining us as a leading sponsor or participant on the Trick-or-Treat Trail.

- You provide candy each night of participation for 800-1,000 trick-or-treaters
- Please note, candy must be quality candy; no mini Tootsie Rolls, Dum Dums, etc. unless it is a small part of assorted candy

Deadlines

• Complete contract by September 12, 2013 for inclusion in major marketing materials.
• Complete by October 4th, 2013 for inclusion in secondary marketing materials.
• Final deadline for participation in general is October 21, 2013.
