Birthday Party Packages

Cost

$375, and $340 for members

Enjoy fishing at our fully stocked fishing pond just steps away from the main exhibits. Fishing poles, picnic tables, and outdoor facilities are available and ready to go for your fish-filled birthday party.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time for a Fishing Pond Party. The deposit will be applied to your total bill.

Includes

Rental costs cover: 

• 24 guests (plus one birthday child; includes adults and children)
• Additional guests $10 each
• Ages 2 and under are admitted free
• Six round picnic tables

Times

Time slots available:

• 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (10:30 a.m. setup)
• 1:30 to 3 p.m. (1 p.m. setup)

Client will have access to their party location no earlier than 30 minutes prior to party time.

Extra Hour Room Rental

Want to keep the party going? Add another hour in your party room.

Face Painting

Seahorses, clownfish, sharks, and more! Amp up your party with fun, fishy face painting! You may also request designs to coordinate with your own theme. (Additional fees may apply)

Photo Package

Want to preserve your birthday fun at the Oklahoma Aquarium? Souvenir photos are now available! Choose from our different photo options and backgrounds to remember your fun-filled day with family and friends. Special packages available.

Polyester Linens & Napkins

Let us help make your birthday party hassle-free by adding linens to your party package! We offer all different colors to help make your party pop.

• Cost: $70
• Must be requested at least one week in advance
• Only available for Event Center Party package

Behind-the-Scenes Tour

You will see the sharks from “the other side” and venture into our large animal holding area to see a variety of sea life.

• Group: up to 15 people
• Tour options:
  • Shark Tour: $75
  • Wetlab Tour: $50
  • Large Animal Holding: $50
  • All locations: $150
  • Additional adults:  $10
  • Additional children:  $8
• Tour not recommended for children under the age of 5
• Participants must sign a liability waiver
• Safety rules apply

• Not available for the 4 p.m. time slot

The Shark Tour takes visitors to the working areas around and above the shark exhibit. The tour involves numerous steps, which may limit handicap accessibility.

Reserved Fish Food

Add some extra fun for your birthday party guests by pre-purchasing fish food!

• Stingray Food: $4 per cup
• Turtle Food: $3 per cup
• Subject to staff availability
• Must be requested at least a week in advance

Please review our policies:

• Please reserve your party at least one week in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to confirm your date and time.
• Final payment must be received three days prior to the birthday party date. Failure to make final payment will result in cancellation of party.
• Memberships cannot be used for party guest attendance. A membership discount is provided for the party package only. See packages for pricing.
• Everyone attending the birthday party must be counted and paid for regardless of touring the aquarium.
• Only painter’s tape and poster putty may be used to hang decorations on the walls.
• Confetti, glitter, decorative gems, jewels, bubbles, balloons, and piñatas  are prohibited as they may be harmful to the animals if accidentally put into a tank.
• Client will have access to their party location no earlier than 30 minutes prior to party time.
  If party exceeds allotted time frame, client may be subject to additional fee.
